Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all areas within Sri Lanka. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Be in the original packaging with all tags attached
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
- Not be personalized or custom-made items
- Not be final sale or clearance items
Non-Returnable Items
- Hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)
- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team at returns@rathnayakeglobal.lk with your order number
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number on the package
- Ship the item to our returns address (provided in confirmation email)
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. We'll expedite the exchange process to ensure you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customercare@rathnayakeglobal.lk with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
